A landmark two-part Murder Trial following the culpable homicide case against Lee Milne, whose sustained domestic abuse of his wife, Kimberly Bruce, is central to an unprecedented prosecution.

With cameras inside the High Court in Glasgow, the series follows prosecutors as they seek to prove that Milne’s physical and psychological abuse was a significant contributing factor in Kimberly’s death. If the jury finds him guilty, it will be a legal first in Britain: an offender held criminally responsible for their partner’s suicide.
