Filmed from Kandahar to Kabul, the documentary follows Mujahid from the presidential palace into meetings with business leaders, Hazara representatives and a woman activist. Their challenges reveal the tensions facing a movement attempting to govern a divided and traumatised country while remaining unrecognised by much of the international community.
